Returns & Refunds
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Ordinary Returns
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a return. There is no restocking fee.
How to Request a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for returning. Obtain return authorization and the return address before sending the item. Our authorized return destination is our company address in France: 20 Rue Du Général De Gaulle, 62880 Pont-À-Vendin, France. Please note that a return from the United States is an international shipment.
Return Shipping Costs
If you change your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs, including the cost of shipping to our return address in France. If we made an error, or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the applicable return shipping costs. Contact us for the return arrangements.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue; photographs may help us understand the problem. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. The unused, unwashed, original-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary returns do not prevent a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days of approval. Contact us if you need help identifying a refund.
